This is a nice chanter from RG Hardie, a longstanding name in the bagpipe world. The chanter is in 3 parts. The third part is the Twist-Trap water trap, which helps keep moisture off the practice reed. As with all chanters, it's best to separate the parts after play, so they can dry.
